1. Custom Printed Products

All custom printed products are final sale unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The print contains an error caused by Dusty Trails YYC
  • The item was damaged during shipping

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.

2. Pre-Printed Items

Pre-printed items may be eligible for return within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Order Modifications

Order changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
